⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grandma BallyHuHu is a comical grandmother who takes her grandson on a magical journey using his imagination. The meet up with pirates and find hidden treasures in candy shot from cannons, buried coins, and hardtack grub served as fish sticks and fries on board. The story is written well to encourage kids to “pretend” their adventures, versus spending hours in front of a video game or TV — which I love!
This book is a great chapter book for kids, for newer readers, that has a quickly moving plot and beautiful illustrations obviously hand-painted just for this story. I’d recommend it to anyone who loves adventure and imagination — boys and girls alike.
