Authors Con 2016 — Couldn’t Be Better!

Authors Con 2016 wrapped itself up on Sunday in Los Angeles — one of the most successful events ever. Of course, books were sold and new connections made, but the greatest (and most unexpected) piece of the Con was the deep friendships that developed between authors. Without question, each of the authors who participated left the weekend with life-long bonds and strong loyalties to one another. This was one of the most rewarding take-aways we observed, particularly because authors can occasionally be very competitive and snarky with one another (as if there’s a limit to available stories yet to be written).

We saw none of this during our convention and greatly appreciate each of the Doce Blant authors because of it. Their professionalism and enthusiasm for meeting with fans and working with the venues, created the success that we all enjoyed. Of course…there was the FUN!
